The Camotes Islands, are a group of islands that form a part of the Cebu province. The island group is located east of Cebu Island, southwest of Leyte Island and north of Bohol Island.
Camotes is composed of the following four islands and their municipalities:
- Poro - the municipalities of Poro & Tudela.
- Pacijan - the sole municipality is San Francisco.
- Ponson - the sole municipality is Pilar.
- Tulang - is part of the barangay Esperanza, which is part of San Francisco.

How to get there:
By car - from the city, you have to drive all the way to Danao. Upon reaching Danao City, you have to go to Danao seaport just infront of Danao church. Estimated travel time is around 1 hour or less. By Jeepney - from the White Gold North Jeepney Terminal to Danao City takes around an estimated travel time of 1 hour and 1/2.
